I think that the Iloilo ward is starting to get a missionary complex. It seems like every other week there seems to be new missionaries that just come and go to the ward.
Bishop is so funny. When Sister Jongco showed up, they asked her if it was her first area, and then she said no, and this was her fifth area. Then Bishop was like, so this must be your last area. She confirms, and then Bishop says, man, Sister Bibo, why do you always get stuck with trunky missionaries? I reply, I really don't know. Then, when I brought my new companion his eyes literally popped.
So, I got a call from president this week on Thursday. Now, at first, I was like, crap, what did I do wrong? President really doesn't call if it isn't an emergency. He calls me, and tells me "Sister Bibo, I have an assignment for you".
I almost felt like a spy, Assigment? He told me that he wants me to be with an Utah sister from Farmington, Sister Tumblin. She is the sweetest missionary, but she has been feeling anxiety lately.
I don't know why we are put together, but I'll try my best to help her. I know that God works in mysterious ways, and if we but trust in him, all things will work out.
I love being a missionary, and can't wait to see what is in store,
P.S. Just a funny note when we went to mcdonald's Lady foreigner, white. Good way to label.
